Very Bad sunburn

The day after we arrived home, Alexis's Sunburn took a turn for the worst. When she woke us that morning her nose was bleeding and oozing. We headed straight to the dermatologist. They told her she must sleep, eat play in vasline 24 hrs a day for the next week, and then she will begin a regimen of a scar cream for many months after. Her uneven skin could take a year or longer to heal.
We did wear sunscreen at the beach but did a lot of the spray on sunscreen, of which the Dermatologist stated they are seeing a lot of sunburns because of. You should do a rub on sunscreen then a spray on top of the rub on to make sure you have covered everything. Who knew? We know now!
