Alexis had to make a authentic dish from china for her History class. She picked a Chinese cookie that should be filled with jam. We made it from scratch but when they cooked and we all tasted them they were horrible! We decided to cheat a little bit and cook sugar cookies filled with chocolate. They were Delicious! So here's to the Chinese!
