April 23, 2011We have been playing with the idea since Jan to put our house on the market. We spoke with our realtor and we had decided sometime in the upcoming months we might list our house. The house next door was for sale as well with our realtor and the one across the street from us.
We repainted some rooms and were taking our time getting the new carpet in. I got a call on April 21 that someone had driven by and wanted to look at our house even though it was not listed yet. Drue and I cleaned out every closet, every drawer and cleaned everything!
We did not sell the house that day but we did decide to get serious about selling and go on the market!
