It has been a running joke with Lauren playing ball. She is very head strong and basically has spent her summers at the ball park with Alexis playing. So she has been very adiment that she was not going to play ball. Drue asks her everyday if she is going to play and she says No I am going to be a cheerleader.
Last week Lauren decided she wanted to play so Drue took her to Academey to buy the perfect glove and new bat! Laruen was very exctied! She said she was going to practice everyday!
Here is Blake throwing a ball at her to see if she can catch.
Drue saw the catching gear and thought she might like the idea of being a catcher? Needless to say Lauren did not like it. Drue launched a ball at her and she fell backwards on the ground and couldn't get herself up. She said she was definately not catching!

The next afternoon, Alexis had practice at the Viper Dome and we asked Lauren if she wanted to go watch practice with us she said "No, I am affraid Dad will make me practice ball". It's going to be very interesting watching her play!
